1. Are you bonded and insured?
Yes we are a fully insured Albuquerque window washing service. But if you have a specific requirement let us know and we will provide the details

2. How long have you been in business?
We have been a locally owned family window washing business in Albuquerque since 2004.

3. What kind of are the discounts do you offer?
We offer a 15% discount for first time cleanings to try us out. Deeper discounts when you sign up for our semi-annual cleaning (25%) or our quarterly cleaning (35%)

4. How do you charge by hour or by window?
We charge by the window....rates may vary depending on the condition of your windows and the location (prices are a relative to how high we have to climb the ladder).

5. Do you do high rise buildings?
Yes. Our expertise includes boom lifts and/or high rise chairs with ropes so we can provide even the tallest buildings in the Albuquerque area with widow washing services.

6. Besides washing windows what else do you do?
We remove those pesky hard water stains you can't get rid of. We also will vacuum sills, brush screens and clean your solar panels.

7. Do you clean multiple level homes?
Yes we have all the equipment required to clean high windows.
